Wayne is our boss at Charisma Arts so we have to say nice things about him. Luckily that’s not too hard. He did a pretty good job of immortalizing himself, and influencing a generation of men, in his appearance as the ‘Juggler’ in the New York Times best selling book ‘The Game’ by Neil Strauss. Not only was Juggler the character that you really wanted to be hang out with, but as a contributing author he teaches the most valuable lesson: the best ‘game’ is played by being your true self.
That is now the Charisma Art’s mantra, and one that as our founder Wayne Elise is set on world domination with. He’s a man that is always himself, yet he is always striving to be the most real, conversational and charismatic version of himself yet. He is Wayne 2.0 and wants to teach you how to have the same confidence and style to truly develop as a person.

Amongst his other accolades he has been the host of the UK Channel Four ‘Seduction School’, and has written for such high brow publications as ‘Esquire’, ‘Psychology Today’ and ‘Blender’ magazine. He has also stretched his powers of conversation to include business and political coaching, as well as still helping men everyday be more successful with women.
He is hands down the most charismatic person we have ever met. And we’re not just saying that because he's our boss. Okay, maybe we are. We do know that he goes around saying he is just a humble student of life who prides himself on his ability to connect with people by just being himself, and we do think that is pretty cool. But we guess you will just have to sign up for one of his seminars or come to one of his talks and find out for yourself.
You won’t find a teacher whose more likeable and real than Wayne... especially not one whose theories and methods work so scarily well. He is our Head Honcho at Charisma Arts but he is also our top thinker, creator and our only vespa driver.
Besides this, Wayne has worked a few other jobs, which maybe the origins of why he is so good at charming every person he meets. To see Wyne at a talk is to be entertained, and that’s because he began his working life by performing on the streets as a busker. He called his act the "Super Wayne Stunt Show." Turns out, that is where the moniker "Juggler" originates. We had thought it was some sort of allusion to dating lots of women... Despite now living the life of a reformed master pick up artist- turned self-help guru Wayne still likes performing the odd stunt around the office - like this.
Wayne has been sought out for his skills (not so much the stunt ones) by comedians, musicians and variety performers as a special director where he helps to reshape their skills to connect better with audiences.
Wayne passes the rest of his free time not only meeting gorgeous, young women but also making interesting conversations with total strangers. He is always inspiring to watch though we wonder about a person who has spent so much time figuring out these details of human interaction. Other than that he spends a lot of time on airplanes and darts between LA and New York as his permanent home. Oh yeah, and he likes cheesy Barry Manilow music.
Hopefully at a Conversation Camp, talk, or through private instruction you may get to know Wayne nearly as well as we do. He will teach you how to understand other people, but also how to be the most charismatic, conversational and sociable version of yourself.
