What information does Charisma Arts collect and what do we do with it?Charisma Arts only collects information required for a given transaction. Subscribers to our newsletter are asked to provide their first name, and email address. We also collect personal information for credit card transactions for purchases made on our site.
How is this information used? Charisma Arts never sells or redistributes your information. We will never make it available to a third party without your explicit consent. We generally use your information for internal marketing purposes such as our mailing list and 14-day mini-course. If you attend a workshop or live event, we will probably connect over the telephone. Its ok – you’ll have our mobile numbers too.
How do we store your information? Your information is stored on several servers. We maintain our own private, rather cryptic database for information such as name, email address, and products purchased. There is also a secure shopping cart server (orders.charismaarts.com) that stores your billing and shipping address. Your credit card info is only stored by Verisign, the leader in trusted commerce, and it is impossible to view full credit card numbers.
All of the mailings that are sent to you by Charisma Arts include an unsubscribe link in them that you can use to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your information. This policy may be changed at any time at our discretion. If we should update this policy, we will post the updates to this page on our website.
